My research centers on archival recovery of 19th century Spanish-language texts on the US/Mexico Borderlands through a lens of intersectional, decolonial feminism. Alongside my academic work, I have supported reproductive justice in practice through a doula certification and community wellness programming.
I am a recent University of Oregon graduate with a deep commitment to work that recovers marginalized histories and challenges dominant narratives. I bring both scholarly grounding and community practice to everything I do. I'm drawn to organizations whose mission reflects the belief that intersectional, decolonial feminism isn't just a mission statement but the work itself.
